Danielle Shum received her BFA in Studio Art from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. She also has a B.A. in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University.
Her studio work reflects clashes between Chinese and American cultures and struggles with identity and body dysmorphia.
Her work has been included in national exhibitions hosted by the National Society of Arts and Letters, the Metal Museum in Memphis, Tennessee, and the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
